GIVING BACK is a big part of Jukurrpa Designs present and future.
Every frame sold we give back 10% directly to the the Aboriginal Artists and the Art Centre / Community.
We also pay a licence fee for every painting we use to design our frames with.
The Aboriginal Artists, the Art Centre and the Community work very close together and there are varies ongoing projects.
Some examples of projects would be around general health and together they were able to have a dialysis program set up.
Also a lot of projects for the children of the community and a Healthy Dog Program.
They have built a swimming pool too, which is well used in the heat of the Australian Central Desert !

Jukurrpa Designs is very proud and honoured to be a partner with Bond University to supply our Jukurrpa Designs frames to all the Indigenous students who need glasses. We will also supply any lenses needed, no matter what their prescription requirements are. We are so happy to be involved and contributing to their vision and needs to help further their education.
